First, interviews with key stakeholders in the process will take place to make sure critical insights and information is captured and to assess the needs for the project.
Next, we’ll review your current orientation process and training program (if applicable).
A project plan and timeline is created and sent to the client for approval.
An orientation program is outlined and submitted for review as needed and integrated into the client’s training program and other systems (if applicable).
Any necessary orientation materials are developed with assistance from key HR and learning personnel.
