Curriculum Design & Development 

Building or revamping a training program? Let us map your courses and training topics to specific positions and competencies. For many organizations, this critical piece is often one of the most challenging or overwhelming. Need a customized “soft skills” training course? We can design one that completely meets your needs. Looking to build a leadership development program? We'll work with your organization to assess needs and develop an effective strategy and program for grooming new leaders to take the reins.

Following a process of assessing needs, interviewing stakeholders, and gathering information regarding existing training or learning initiatives in the client’s organization, we will then map the desired curriculum to levels in the organization, competencies and performance standards, and/or a training calendar or leadership program. Evaluation of the project and the curriculum will be conducted both immediately following completion of the work and at an agreed-upon timeframe for follow-up evaluation.

If needed, courses in the areas of communication, management, leadership, or other “soft skill” topics not listed in the course list may also be developed as needed by the client. All training includes interactive exercises to assist with skill transfer on the job, visual aids, job aids, participant manuals, and other materials to effectively engage adult learners.
